12volttv.co.uk is a specialist web site brought to you by 12v TV Limited. 12v TV Limited was established in February 2004 by Dave Griffin who has over twenty years Retail experience of Televisions and Audo Visual Equipment plus over fifty years experience of Camping & Caravanning to draw upon.

We don't sell thousands of different products, we have a select range of 12 Volt TVs and the accessories you're likely to need to go with them including Satellite TV equipment. We only sell products sourced from well established manufacturers that offer high quality sets and excellent after sales support. The 12 Volt TV's we sell are specialist sets designed and manufactured for use in leisure vehicles like Boats, Caravans and Motorhomes along with other mobile applications like Trucks and Horseboxes. There are a lot of differences between the TV's we sell and standard Domestic ones, not just the capability to be powered from a 12v battery system. NEW Avtex 12 Volt TV's for 2012

February will see the launch of two new Avtex 12 Volt TV/DVD's. The L185DRS and the W164DRS both of which have a built-in High Definition DVB-S2 Free To Air Satellite Receiver. The current L185DR & W164DR will continue along side the new models.

NEW Avtex L185DRS 18.5" 12 Volt TV/DVD with HD Satellite

A limited quantity of the NEW Avtex L185DRS will be Air Freighted for availability late January and the main shipment arriving by Sea is due Mid to Late February. There are two differences between the L185DR & the L185DRS. The first is the inclusion of a third tuning circuit specifically one for DVB-S2 High Definition Free To Air Satellite. The second is the adoption of the latest styling with a glass panel accross the whole front of the TV rather than the "Picture Frame" styling of the Terrestrial Only L185DR. Avtex L185DR 12 Volt 18.5" TV/DVD

The Avtex L185DR as been very popular and will continue to run side by side with the New L185DRS model. This is still our favorourite 12 Volt Television and we would whole heartedly recommend it if you do not require a Satellite capability. Details
