Avtex L185DRS 18.5" 12 Volt TV/DVD Combi with HD Satellite
The NEW Avtex L185DRS is the larger of the two "DRS" models with a 18.5" screen. Like the sister W164DRS model there two differences compared to the L185DR that still runs along side the New L185DRS. In terms of features the L185DRS does everything the L185DR does and adds a built-in HD FTA Satellite Receiver.
The second difference on the L185DRS is the Stying. It has a glass panel accross the front of the TV as first seen on the Avtex L215DR instead of the "Picture Frame" surround used on the L185DR.
The L185DRS can Record/Pause Live TV from the "FREEVIEW" Tuner to an external USB Flash Drive or External HDD. It also has a DVD Player.

The NEW Avtex W164DRS is the smaller of the two "DRS" models with a 16" screen. Like the sister L185DRS model there two differences compared to the W164DR. A Built-in HD FTA Satellite Receiver and new style glass front panel.

February will see the launch of two new Avtex 12 Volt TV/DVD's. The L185DRS and the W164DRS both of which have a built-in High Definition DVB-S2 Free To Air Satellite Receiver. The current L185DR & W164DR will continue along side the new models.

A limited quantity of the NEW Avtex L185DRS will be Air Freighted for availability late January and the main shipment arriving by Sea is due Mid to Late February. There are two differences between the L185DR & the L185DRS. The first is the inclusion of a third tuning circuit specifically one for DVB-S2 High Definition Free To Air Satellite. The second is the adoption of the latest styling with a glass panel accross the whole front of the TV rather than the "Picture Frame" styling of the Terrestrial Only L185DR.
